How to Live on "Super-Earth"
What is Super-Earth?
For nearly four years, NASA’s Kepler spacecraft whisked through
space, surveying galaxy. It monitored more than 150,000 stars, looking for
planets about the size of Earth that belonged to our Solar System. The mission didn’t
disappoint. Kepler found countless examples of a type of planet known as Super-Earth.
Super-Earths are planets that are between 2 and 10 times the mass of our Planet Earth.
Astronomers have
found few nearby "Super-Earth" exoplanets that may be capable of
supporting life as we know it.
